Hello! My name is Carolina Tiscareno also known as elegantnailsbycarolina! I’ve been doing nails for 5 years now! My chair is always open for new clients. My favorite part about being a nail tech is building relationships with each and every one of my clients! My work schedule is Tuesday-Saturday from 8am-6pm! Cancellation Policy
